Synapticism

An experiential journal of synchronicity and connection

Taitung 台東 stretches along the southeast coast of the island of Taiwan. It was the last area of the island to be settled by Han Chinese immigrants and remains sparsely populated and somewhat hard to reach from the urban sprawl on the other side of the Central Mountain Range. It is, nonetheless, a major tourist destination thanks to the abundant natural beauty, vibrant aboriginal culture, and clean air.
